After purchasing a product you will contacted by the teaching to team to arrange your lesson(s). Trial lessons must be completed over a two week period starting on the date of purchase. Lesson packages must be used over a three month period starting on the date of purchase. If lesson times cannot be agreed, then a full refund will be provided. A minimum of 48 hours is required for cancellation. Any notice of cancellation on the day of the agreed lesson will be non-refundable. For any questions or requests, please get in touch.
