LESSON POLICIES

RESCHEDULING

  • one week notice is required and alternative times will be offered at the teacher’s discretion dependent on availability

  • up to two reschedules are allowed per quarter (every three months)

CANCELLATION

  • if a student wishes to pause or cancel their lessons altogether, a notice of one month (30 days) is required

PAYMENTS

  • weekly lessons are paid via monthly direct debit, with payments due on the 1st of the month for the upcoming month; a fee of £20 is applied to payments made after the 5th of the month; if payments are not made by the 7th of the month, the student’s lessons are cancelled

  • for single lessons and packages payments are due one week before the scheduled lesson
