RESCHEDULING

one week’s notice is required and alternative times will be offered at the teacher’s discretion dependent on availability
up to two reschedules are allowed per quarter (every three months)

CANCELLATION

if a student wishes to pause or cancel their lessons altogether, they must inform the studio in writing at least one month (30 days) before the next billing cycle (1st of the month)

PAYMENTS

weekly lessons are paid via monthly direct debit, with payments due on the 1st of the month for the upcoming month; a fee of £20 is applied to payments made after the 5th of the month; if payments are not made by the 7th of the month, the student’s lessons are cancelled
for single lessons and packages payments are due one week before the scheduled lesson

TRIAL LESSONS

a notice of one week is required if students wish to reschedule their lesson; alternative times are not guaranteed
a refund will be issued only in the instance when a time cannot be agreed within 30 days of paying for the lesson
