RESCHEDULING

rescheduling is offered only in urgent cases, due to work or health emergencies, at the teacher’s discretion and dependent on availability
a notice of at least 48 hours is required

CANCELLATION

if a student wishes to pause or cancel their lessons altogether, a notice of one month applies

PAYMENTS

for weekly lessons, payments are due on the 1st of the month for the upcoming month; a fee of £20 is applied to payments made after the 5th of the month; if payments are not made by the 7th of the month, the student’s lessons are cancelled
for single lessons and packages payments are due one week before the scheduled lesson
